Join the front lines of cannabis extraction.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Biomass Processor to support our extraction team by managing biomass intake, preparation, and inventory tracking. This is a hands-on, physically active role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a high-performance lab team.
Receive, inspect, and weigh incoming biomass against manifests
Check for contaminants (mold, stems, fan/water leaves), and ensure accurate logging
Freeze and store biomass as needed to maintain quality
Prepare biomass for extraction (lot inspection, packing, and quality tracking)
Maintain precise inventory and tracking using Bamboo and spreadsheets
Communicate with extraction team to prioritize daily feedstock needs
Track and report waste in compliance with state regulations
Assist with lab setup, cleanup, equipment maintenance, and post-processing tasks
Support Research & Development projects as assigned
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Attention to detail, time management, and team communication skills
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in cold storage and around chemicals (with proper safety gear)
Cannabis or extraction knowledge is a plus, but not required
Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, inventory systems)
