What You'll Do

• Be a coach, mentor, and motivator for your team (you're the hype person + problem solver).

• Create a positive, welcoming environment where both employees and customers feel valued.

• Keep things running smoothly: scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day operations.

• Manage cash handling, deliveries, and inventory like a pro.

• Help track sales and look for ways to boost performance.

• Partner with the GM and corporate leadership to keep communication flowing.

• Roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever the team needs you.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.

• A natural leader who leads by example and lifts others up.

• Strong communicator-whether it's with your team, customers, or leadership.

• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory, and daily retail operations.

• Reliable, responsible, and ready to open/close the store when needed.

• Thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.

• Over 21 and able to pass a background check.
