ROLE SUMMARY
We are open 7 days a week 9:00am - 10:50pm
Open Availability is preferred.
Looking to fill position immediately:
Open Shift is 8:30am - 4:30pm
Closing Shift is 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Scheduled shifts will vary week to week depending on the needs of the store.
The Budtender is responsible for educating patients on the Cannabis products carried by Olde World Remedies. In this role you will need to be knowledgeable about various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service to patrons while accurately dispensing all Cannabis products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
- Execute a high level of accuracy in regard to Cannabis and Non-Cannabis items
- Perform cash and debit transactions accurately
- Create a comfortable shopping space for customers and personnel
- Maintain a working knowledge of Cannabis products including concentrates, edibles, topicals and other product types
- Perform cleaning tasks where necessary (sales floor, breakroom, bathroom, etc.)
- Assess accessory needs with manager(s) and suggest new products based off customer requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
