Animal House Dispensary - Shift Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support store operations in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager
   
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and compliance
   
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure team alignment on daily goals
   
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
   
• Perform POS transactions and handle cash securely
   
• Ensure OLCC and company policies are strictly followed
   
• Oversee both front and back-of-house operations
   
• Open and close the store as scheduled
   
• Communicate effectively with staff and corporate teams
   
• Be available to support other locations when needed
   
• Show up on time and ready to lead
   

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
   
• High School Diploma or equivalent
   
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (or willingness to obtain—reimbursed after 90 days)
   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
   
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
   
• Team-focused leadership with a hands-on work ethic
   
• Punctual, dependable, and adaptable
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of fast-paced retail experience
   
• Prior leadership or shift management experience
   
• Previous cash handling experience
